TEHRAN (APETDC) -- Arman Pasargad Energy Technologies Development Company (APETDC) has been recognized as a "nascent knowledge-based enterprise" following comprehensive evaluations and assessments by the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology of the Presidential Office.
APETDC, through establishing necessary infrastructures in the field of technology transfer, licensing, and technical knowledge, successfully secured recognition as a knowledge-based enterprise in its services sector after multiple stages of review and evaluation by the Deputy for Development of Knowledge-Based Companies. The company has been listed since December 30, 2023, among the entities eligible to benefit from the advantages provided by the Law on Knowledge-Based Companies and is now able to leverage the support law for the commercialization of innovations and patents.
Refinery and petrochemical projects are among the industries that cannot thrive and develop without adequate technical expertise. Access to licensing and necessary technical knowledge for complementary industries in the value chain is crucial for refinery and petrochemical industries in Iran.

APETDC is a member of the Oil and Gas Technology Park, the Iranian Society of Chemical Engineering, the Association of Research and Development Centers of Iran, and the Methanol Working Group of the Iranian Society of Chemical Engineering.
